	Simon Bertrand, President After studying administration,music and botanical medicine, Simon spent much of his time asking the important questions about social inequity and environmental health. He arrived at RISE with the objective of delivering 'real' food for thought. He encourages everyone to consume healthy doses of health awareness through the raw, organic, fair trade, local, and sustainable practices that create RISE.
	Julian Giacomelli, VP Professor, business coach, yoga instructor, and explorer, Julian combines business savvy with conscious entrepreneurial ventures. Previously, Julian co-founded VSA Group, an early-stage venture consultancy, and worked as a consultant in global management. He is currently the CEO of Crudessence and can be found teaching business at HEC Montreal.
	David Côté, VP President of Crudessence, living foods chef, expert in nutrition, shiatsu therapist, and current VP of RISE, David is a formidable trailblazer in the field of health. Known for his verve and invigorating lectures on healthy living, he attracts a steadfast crowd and inspires them to take action.
	Abraham Gusman, VP Operations
	Sébastien Bureau, Director Research & Development Curiosity in the world of health and food science lead Sebastien to study microbiology and biochemistry at the University of Montreal. His interest in fermentation was magnetized by the sustainable efforts emphasized by RISE which struck the same chords of his passions - ecology and gastronomy. In the lab, Sebastien is intent on blending innovation with tradition so he can unlock new flavours and ideas that can be shared with the world.
	Kelly Gallego Sierra, Laboratory technician
	François Dandurand, Montreal Sales Manager Creative, skilled, nimble, and authentic, Francois has worked in many fields. His professional interests and heart, however, lie in holistic health and educating communities about positive social change and healthy choices.
	Gabrielle-Anne Désy, Admin support and sales
	Arthur Petrosian, Brew Master Using his knowledge of ancient medicines, Arthur has been mastering the art of kombucha brewing for years. He perseveres in the quality and balance of kombucha, while upgrading its highest palatability. He sees RISE in only one place in the future - 'Up'.
	Mark Mahoney, Musician Mark has been working with the RISE team for several years. When he's not busy getting the job done, he's tending to the softer side through his music.
	Alice Cazabat, Accountant and Financial Mastermind After studying and working in finance in France for several years, Alice arrived at Crudessence and RISE with the ambition to restructure their financial system with an innovative and ecological methodology. With her heart planted in social enterprise, Alice is our little drummer girl, maintaining the beat of our broadcast.

	Cheryl Gomez, Ontario Sales Manager RISE Kombucha’s Ontario Sales Manager is on a mission to make choosing a healthy beverage easy, with this delicious, refreshing, energizing “good for you soda pop”, available wherever you may shop or dine.
