6 Raspberries
3 fresh thyme sprigs
7 oz (207ml) RISE 2g - Raspberry & Vanilla
Ice
Crush 6 raspberries and put them in a cocktail shaker.
Add the 2 fresh sprigs of thyme, kombucha and ice.
Stir well with a bar spoon.
Strain your mixture and pour it into a wine glass.
Garnish with the last thyme sprig.
