An ode to Mexico with a Montreal twist, this recipe is the brainchild of David Schmidt, the barman at Datcha.
1.5 tbsp (.75 oz) Cazadores Blanco Tequila (not the stuff from your college days, please)
1.5 tbsp (.75 oz) Aperol
1.5 tbsp (.75 oz) lime juice
414ml bottle of RISE Hibiscus
Mix the Tequila, the Aperol and the lime juice.
Add a full glass of ice to make sure it's ice-cold.
Shake as hard as Tom Cruise would in Cocktails.
Fill the rest of the glass with RISE HIbiscus.
Garnish: Lime wedge for a dash of class.
