INGREDIENTS:
½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice
6 Fresh Raspberries
¾ (3.75 ml) teaspoon Vanilla Extract
¾ oz (22 ml) Egg White (or vegan alternative)
1-½ oz (45 ml) Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
4-½ oz (135 ml) RISE 2g Raspberry & Vanilla Kombucha
Fresh Raspberries for Garnish
In a shaking tin, combine first five ingredients and shake dry (without ice).
Add ice and shake about 10 seconds until properly
chilled and diluted.
Strain into a coupe glass and top with 4-½ oz
of RISE 1g Raspberry & Vanilla Kombucha.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and enjoy!
