1 oz (30ml) white rum 0.5 oz (15ml) lime & pepper syrup 5 oz (150ml) RISE Kombucha - Mint & Chlorophyll 1-2 dashes (1-2ml) Arbor bitter Ice
Combine rum, syrup and bitters in a glass filled with ice.
Add the kombucha. Stir with a bar spoon.
Garnish with a dehydrated lime slice and a few fresh mint leaves.
