Lost Island Sour

A boozy drink that’s sure
to impress.

MADE WITH

kiwi and pineapple

INGREDIENTS

½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice
½ oz (15 ml) Stevia Syrup
¾ oz (22 ml) Egg White (or vegan alternative)
1-½ oz (45 ml) Singleton of Dufftown 12 YO Single Malt Scotch
4-½ oz (135 ml) RISE 1g Kiwi & Pineapple Kombucha
1 Lemon Wheel for garnish
1 Rocks Glass

DIRECTIONS

In a shaking tin, combine first four ingredients and shake dry (without ice).

Add ice and shake about 10 seconds until properly
chilled and diluted.

Strain into a rocks glass and top with 4-½ oz of
RISE 1g Kiwi & Pineapple Kombucha.

Garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy!
