¾ oz (22 ml) Lime Juice
¾ oz (22 ml) Agave Syrup
½ oz (15 ml) Chili Liqueur (we used Ancho Reyes)
1 oz (30 ml) Don Julio Blanco Tequila
4.5 oz (135ml) RISE 2g Watermelon & Mint Kombucha
1 Lime Wheel, Mint Sprig
1 Highball Glass
In a shaking tin, combine the first four ingredients and add ice.
Shake about 10 seconds until properly chilled and diluted.
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
Top with 4.5 oz of RISE 1g Watermelon & Mint Kombucha
and stir gently.
Garnish with a lime wheel, mint sprig and enjoy!
