½ oz (15 ml) Lemon Juice
1-½ oz (45 ml) Passionfruit Puree
1-½ oz (45 ml) Ron Zacapa 23
4-½ oz (135 ml) RISE 1g Kiwi & Pineapple Kombucha
1 lemon wheel
1 Stemless Wine Glass
In a shaking tin, combine the first three ingredients and add ice.
Shake about 10 seconds, until properly chilled and diluted.
Strain into a stemless wine glass over fresh ice.
Top with 4.5 oz of RISE 1g Kiwi & Pineapple Kombucha
and stir gently.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy!
